We offer free shipping for orders over $100 for US domestic orders only.
Our delivery times
From time of order to your doorstep, can range from three days to nine days for orders within the US. And for orders delivered internationally, the delivery times could range be from four days to fourteen days.
Our delivery & returns approach
At natural element, we are committed to being responsible and minimizing waste. That's why we don't hold large inventories of our products. Instead, we create most items specifically at our US operations and fulfilment centres after placing your order. This approach not only benefits the environment but also ensures a personalized touch in every product.

Typically, your product will be made within a week, and we'll send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

Our production sites are currently US-based but we will accept orders for international standard delivery.

- Free Standard Delivery does not apply for international orders above $100.
- Please keep all orders under USD $120 to avoid being charged added tax (e.g. VAT) by you’re the customs office from your country of residence.
* Please note: You may incur import fees if we ship this order outside the United States. When your goods arrive at the border, the applicable customs fees or taxes will be assessed and must be paid before they can be delivered.
