Returns and Refund Policy

At natural element, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy as outlined below to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team here with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us and confirm the correct returns address to use.

*Important Note:  The address on the purchased product’s original packaging is not a returns address.  Please do not return any purchased product to the “Returns to Sender” address listed on the original packaging of your purchase.


Returns Terms

•    Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.  All tags and labels must remain attached in the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in suitable packaging, and if possible, use the original packaging.

•    Please do not return any purchased product to the “Returns to Sender” address that is listed on the packaging of your purchase.  The address you see on your purchased product packaging is not a returns address. 

•    Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Outlet sold items and any items marked as final sale.

•    Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us including the correct returns address.

Refunds
•    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund of the purchased value will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

•    In cases where promotional discounts have been applied, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount received.

•    A USD $5.00 (GBP £3.50 for UK customers) shipping fee will be deducted from all return refunds.

•    In the event of a faulty item or incorrect order, we will process the refund promptly upon receipt and verification of the returned goods; under these exceptional circumstances, we may use at our discretion to waive the USD $5.00 (GBP £3.50 for UK Customers) shipping fee for the return.

Exchanges
As part of our responsibility to reduce waste, we only prepare and produce per order; therefore, we do not offer exchanges. 

As alternative options:

1. We can offer you a gift card for the value of your original purchase as an alternative to an exchange.  

2. Upon receipt of your refund, you can choose a new item to purchase again on the website.
