At natural element, we are committed to being responsible by minimizing waste. This is one of the main reasons why we do not hold large inventories of products. Instead, we prepare and produce most items with our designs when you place an order. This approach not only benefits the environment but also ensures a personalized touch in every product.  

As a result of our responsible approach, our lead times are much longer than any larger retailer or fast fashion item in the retail sector.  Whilst we understand you'll be keen to receive and start wearing your chosen natural element threads, please be aware there will be a longer than usual wait.  We appreciate your patience and your acceptance of our responsible approach, and we are certain that placing an order of natural element products will be well worth the wait.

Domestic Orders (USA):

Order Processing and Handling

Handling of orders is Monday-Friday. The processing of orders starts from the order cut-off time (2pm Pacific Standard Time) following placement of an order. This duration runs up until the shipment of the order that is ready for transit (hand off to carrier).  The total handling process can range from 1 to 6 business days maximum.

Delivery within the US 

We will send you an update by email with tracking information as soon as your order is in the mail. Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to your specified delivery address at the time of order.  Transit times can range from 2 to 5 business days (with deliveries taking place from Monday to Saturday).

The total estimated delivery time from placemen of order to delivery to your address is between 3 to 11 business days.

Shipping rates for the US

•    Standard shipping rates are calculated by package weight.  We charge approximately $6.50 for up to 1lb in weight. (e.g. the equivalent of 2 to 3 lightweight t-shirts). Over 1lb in weight shipping rates can start from $11.20 (e.g. the equivalent of 1 cap, 1 t-shirt and 1 heavyweight hoodie).  

•   Shipping rates will be calculated for you at our checkout after you enter all your information including delivery address and before you confirm your order.

•    We offer free standard shipping on all US domestic orders over $75, which should appear as an option at check out if the value of your order exceeds this amount.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Order Processing and Handling

Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to your specified delivery address at the time of order.  Transit times can range from 6 to 17 business days (with deliveries taking place from Monday to Saturday).

The total estimated delivery time from placement of order to delivery to your address is between 7 to 23 business days.

Shipping rates for the UK

•    Standard shipping rates are calculated by weight.  We charge approximately $13.50 for up to 1lb in weight which can be the equivalent of 2 to 3 lightweight t-shirts. Over 1lb in weight shipping rates can start from $19.00 (e.g. the equivalent of 1 cap, 1 t-shirt and 1 heavyweight hoodie).  

•   Shipping rates will be calculated for you at our checkout after you enter all your information including delivery address and before you confirm your order.

•    We offer free standard shipping on all UK domestic orders over $160, which should appear as an option at check out if the value of your order exceeds this amount.

Customs and Import Taxes:

•    Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.  We cannot guarantee uncharged tax, but we recommend you keep your order value below $120, keeping in mind that this threshold could be subject to change.

•    Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.  For the UK that would be Gov.UK Customs Tax and Duty information for goods sent from abroad.

•    natural element is not responsible for paying any incurred custom import fees and are not liable for any fees charged by your country's custom office.

Our production and fulfilment sites are currently US-based only. With exception to the UK, we currently do not yet accept orders for international standard delivery.  We hope to expand our reach to other countries markets gradually throughout 2026.  However, if you are interested in our products, please contact our customer support team via our contact form so we can understand fully what products you might be interested in.

Our Outlet Products:

natural element outlet products in our store are in-stock recycled retail items that are distributed from either our US outlet or UK outlet.  These items have faster lead times from the time of placing your order.  Outlet orders are normally processed between 1-2 days from placement of order with standard delivery time ranges as outlined above. Transit times for Outlet orders can range from 2 to 5 business days (with deliveries taking place from Monday to Saturday).  For US and UK Outlet orders, the total estimated delivery time from placement of order to delivery to your address is between 3 to 7 business days.

Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy as outlined below to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us including the correct returns address.

*Important Note:  The address on the purchased product’s original packaging is not a returns address.  Please do not return any purchased product to the “Returns to Sender” address listed on the original packaging of your purchase.

Returns Terms

•    Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

•   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.  All tags and labels must remain attached in the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in suitable packaging, and if possible, use the original packaging.

•    Please do not return any purchased product to the “Returns to Sender” address that is listed on the packaging of your purchase.  The address you see on your purchased product packaging is not a returns address.

•    Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Outlet sold items and any items marked as final sale.

Refunds

•    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund of the purchased value will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

•    In cases where promotional discounts have been applied, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount received.

•    A USD $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from all return refunds.

•    In the event of a faulty item or incorrect order, we will process the refund promptly upon receipt and verification of the returned goods; under these exceptional circumstances, we may use at our discretion to waive the USD $5.00 shipping fee for the return.

Exchanges

As part of our responsibility to reduce waste, we only prepare and produce per order; therefore, we do not hold inventory to enable the offering of exchanges. 

As alternative options:

1. We can offer you a gift card for the value of your original purchase as an alternative to a direct exchange.  

2. Upon receipt of your refund, you can choose a new item to purchase again on the website.
